Chicken and Potato Stir Fry

Ingredients :

  • 2 tbs Cooking oil

  • 2lb Chicken thighs skinless and boneless ( cut into bite size cubes )

  • 2 tbs Koreyo Ginger and garlic Stir fry Seasoning

  • 1 tbs Garlic Mince

  • 1 tbs Ground pepper

  • 1\2 tsp Red pepper flakes

  • 1\2 tsp Thyme

  • 3 large Potatoes, peeled and cut into into bite size cubes

  • 2 large Onions sliced

  • Salt as per your taste

  • Cilantro for garnishing

Directions :

  1. Marinate the Chicken cubes with salt and pepper

  2. In a pan heat oil and add the potatoes, salt and pepper and fry still brown and done, remove from the pan and keep aside

  3. In the same pan add little more oil, add Chicken and fry till brown, then add the garlic mince and continue to fry

  4. Add Sliced Onions and continue to cook

  5. Add Koreyo Ginger and garlic stir fry seasoning, Red pepper flakes, Thyme and mix everything well, continue to cook

  6. Now add the fried Potatoes, mix and continue to cook till everything comes together and is done

  7. Finally add the Cilantro for garnishing

  8. Serve as is or with a accomplishment of your choice like Rice or Quinoa And Enjoy
