Korean BBQ Spiced Popcorn

Shake Koreyo Korean BBQ Seasoning with freshly popped popcorn (unsalted) 


Crock Pot Korean BBQ seasoned pork


Season 1 whole pork loin or 1-2 whole pork sirloin or pork shoulder with Swagger Koreyo Korean BBQ Seasoning.  Place in slow cooker and add water (to cover about 1/3 of pork), then slow cook on low for 8 hours.


Koreyo BulGoGi Burger (delicious as Taco filling too!)


What you need:


1 lb of Ground Beef, or favorite ground protein

2 Tablespoons of Swagger Korean BBQ Seasoning

2 Teaspoon of water


Mix all the ingredients together, form into patties, cook to preferred done-ness, and enjoy the better burger!


For Koreyo Tacos, mix the ingredients together, saute  in pan till cooked, discard fat that might have rendered.  For some spice, mix in some Swagger Koreyo Kimchi Seasoning and enjoy with your favorite taco fixin's ...cilantro, diced onions, 


Koreyo BulGoGi Fajitas


What you need:


1 lb of Skirt Steak, Chicken, or favorite protein (cut into strips)

2 Tablespoons of Swagger Korean BBQ Seasoning

Vegetables: Bell peppers, onions, green onions (as preferred)


Olive oil or cooking spray

2 Teaspoon of water


1. Combine meat and vegetables in a sealable plastic bag. Add 2 tablespoons of Swagger’s Koreyo Korean BBQ seasoning and 2 teaspoons of water. Seal the bag and shake to coat your ingredients with seasoning. 2. The meat and vegetables can be cooked on a skillet, griddle, or outdoor grill. Apply a small amount of cooking oil to the cooking surface of your choice, and set the temperature to medium. 3. Drain excess Liquid from your bag of ingredients, spread the meat and vegetables evenly over cooking surface. Cook proteins to optimal internal temperature.  ​Serve with your favorite toppings



Easy Koreyo Bul-Go-Gi or Kalbi Bowl


What you need:


*For BulGoGi, use 1 lb. thinly sliced beef, chicken, or favorite protein

*For Kalbi, use 1 lb. short ribs

1 tablespoon Swagger's Koreyo Korean BBQ seasoning (keep it close in case you'd like to add more)

Serve on top White or brown rice, pasta or noodles (ramen, buckwheat, udon, etc)

Optional: Add broccoli, green beans, sliced onions, mushrooms, diced carrots, etc.


Season your protein with Swagger's Koreyo Korean BBQ seasoning, then pan fry the thinly sliced meat for BulGoGi OR cook short ribs to optimal temperature for Kalbi.  Serve on top of the rice, pasta or noodles and enjoy!



Crock Pot Pot Roast seasoned with Koreyo

About 6 servings


Swagger Koreyo Korean BBQ Seasoning

Abut 2 to 2 ½ pound beef bottom round roast

2 teaspoons olive or vegetable oil

2-3 medium potatoes, cut into about 2” cubes

About 3 carrots, diced

About 8 oz. mushrooms, sliced

1 stalk celery, sliced

1 medium onion, chopped

1 14 ½ oz can diced tomatoes

1 ½ cups water


  1. Trim fat from beef then rub liberally with Swagger Koreyo Korean BBQ Seasoning.  Heat oil in pan, then brown beef on all sides
  2. Place potatoes, carrots, mushrooms, celery, and onion in slow cooker, then place beef on top.  Add can of tomatoes and water.
  3. Slow cook on low for 8-10 hours till tender and done.
