Swagger Koreyo Kimchi Seasoning Recipes

Kimchi Sauce

Depending on your desired sauce viscocity, mix about 2 parts Koreyo Kimchi Seasoning + 1 part water for Kimchi Sauce 

 

 

Kimchi Spiced Popcorn

Shake Koreyo Kimchi Seasoning with popcorn (unsalted) 


 

Crock Pot Kimchi Barbecue Ribs

 

Swagger Koreyo Kimchi Seasoning

Rack of baby back ribs, about 3 ½ lbs.

1 cup water

About 2/3 cup your favorite BBQ sauce

 

  1. Cut ribs 2 – 3 sections, place ribs into slow cooker and add water
  2. Slow cook on low for 8-9 hours until tender
  3. Remove ribs and discard liquid
  4. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.  Mix BBQ sauce with Kimchi Seasoning (to taste) and slather on ribs.  Put ribs in oven for about 10 minutes with meaty side up, then flip and place back in oven for about 5 minutes.
     

Koreyo Kimchi spiced Pico de Gallo

 

1 tomato, diced

1 onion, finely chopped

1/2 jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped

5 sprigs fresh cilantro, finely chopped

3/4 teaspoon Swagger Koreyo Kimchi Seasoning

 

In a bowl, combine all the ingredients and stir until evenly distributed. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

 

 

Crock Pot Spiced Spaghetti Sauce

 

1 teaspoon Swagger Koreyo Kimchi Seasoning

Optional: 2 lbs. ground beef

3 medium onions, chopped

2 cups mushrooms, sliced

6 cloves garlic

5 – 14 1/ oz. cans diced tomatoes

2 tablespoons dried basil

1 tablespoon dried oregano

 

Cook ground beef, mushrooms, garlic, in skillet until meat is fully cooked, then drain.  Add this mixture and the rest of the ingredients into slow cookers and cook on low for 9 hours.  Delicious sauce can be frozen as well!

 

Kimchi Reuben Sandwich

 

What you need:

 

2 slices New York rye bread

2 tbsp mayonnaise

½ tbsp Swagger Kimchi Seasoning (more or less to taste)

1/4 cup finely shredded cabbage (optional for crunchy texture)

2 thin slices Swiss cheeseAbout

4 oz. thinly sliced corned beef or pastrami

 

Mix the Kimchi seasoning into the mayonnaise.  If using the cabbage, mix the Kimchi seasoning mixture with the cabbage. Put a slice of cheese on each slice of bread, and then add the Kimchi/mayo/cabbage mixture on both slices. Add the corned beef, and then close the sandwich.  If not using the cabbage, spread the Kimchi mayonnaise mixture onto each slice of bread evenly to the edges, and then put a slice of cheese on each piece. Add the corned beef, and then close the sandwich.If you like to grill your Kimchi Reuben, then melt some butter on a pan and grill each side of the sandwich till golden brownEnjoy!

 

2 step Simple Swagger Kimchi Shrimp Skewers 

 

What you need:

 

Swagger Kimchi Seasoning

Shrimp (cooked)

1. Cook shrimp to taste

2. Sprinkle Swagger Kimchi Seasoning to taste Enjoy on top your salad, tacos, rice and more!

 
Kimchi Pizza (Use Swagger Kimchi Seasoning to flavor your pizza-spicy)

 

What you need:

 

Kimchi seasoning

Replace your red pepper with Kimchi Seasoning

 

Kimchi Slaw (Great when paired with Swagger Bul-Go-Gi

 

What you need:

 

8 leaves napa cabbage, finely julienned

2 carrots, shredded

2 tablespoons sesame oil

1/2 tablespoon Swagger Kimchi seasoning

(keep it close in case you'd like to add more)

 

Place napa cabbage and carrots in a large bowl and mix in sesame oil and Kimchi seasoning. Serve the slaw over the rice, delicious when paired with Swagger Koreayo Korean BBQ Seasoned BulGoGi!
