Koreyo Garlic & Ginger Stir-Fry Wild Caught Salmon + Koreyo Spice So Rite Zucchini


Koreyo Stir Fry Wild Caught Salmon with Fresh Koreyo Spice So Rite Zucchini (ONLY 15 minutes! Perfect for a short Swagger HIIT workout while you wait!)

Koreyo Spice So Rite Zucchini:

Set oven to 375

Cut zucchini into 1/4 in slices and put in a bowl or Tupperware with olive oil and packet of Koreyo Spice So Rite. SHAKE and place on baking pan. Cook for 15-20 minutes.

What you need for Koreyo Stir-Fry Salmon:

Salmon (2 portions), 1 packet of Koreyo Stir-Fry

Oil (I prefer olive oil), grill pan (I prefer cast iron for even heat)

What to do:

Preheat grill pan on high heat.

Rub 1 packet of Koreyo Stir-Fry seasoning on the fleshy side of salmon. Lower the heat temperature and put skin side of the salmon down. Let it sear for about 14-15 minutes and turn over to fleshy side of salmon for 1 minute.
